That being said, the yoga routine itself was great - both a bit of a workout and very relaxing! The instructor was great and provided few options for variations of the pose and everyone who worked there was super nice! If you're someone who gets overheated easily, just make sure you come prepared with a lot of water; otherwise I would recommend it!

se alle anmeldelserI just took this hatha flow class for the first time tonight, and I really liked it! We did challenging poses and used straps in ways I hadn't used before. The poses really built fire in the body, and it took me a bit longer to shake it off than usual. I do like doing poses that challenge and build strength. I was surprised because I initially thought this class would only help me refine poses I do in vinyasa and power classes. Most of the guidance given by the instructor was clear.

se alle anmeldelserThis was the first yoga class I've been to that uses tennis balls to release fascia which was super nice! The instructor was great and the space was a little warm if your someone who gets over heated easily but not too bad and was otherwise super nice!
