The only thing that would have made the class a bit better for me would have been a genre of pop/ edm/ dance playlist, but that’s a personal preference. Teaching was really great with clear instructions, and recommended for all levels. Made my day.

The studio exceeds all expectations, it’s so aesthetically zen everyone there is so accommodating and helpful especially if you’re a first timer! I also want to speak to whom ever designed the place because it’s unreal so tranquil. The tea at the end is the cherry on top!

se alle anmeldelserThe new sculpt class is awesome. Eric is an amazing instructor and made the room so welcoming. Definitely low impact but you still sweat a lot and feel the burn. The accessories are all bala and the vibes are just immaculate. I wish I could gate keep this but man was it awesome! Will definitely be back for more.

se alle anmeldelserPerfect class!! I feel great afterwards. Instructor is so nice and her flow is clear and approachable for everyone. Studio is all one room, clean and relaxing with all the props you need. Not heated, but warm at a nice level. No hands on adjustments that I saw, the instructor does the flow herself and you can do your own thing if needed. No judgement or stress here.
