You enter, changing rooms on left side, cubbies (they lock the front door), studio in the back, and bathrooms on the right. Temperature was great, not too hot or intense, and everyone kept to themselves. This was my first time at Rikk’s studio and being in the Marina for a workout class. I would definitely come back!

You definitely still work up an intense sweat and the work out itself was challenging which I really liked. Byron was such a great instructor. Even with the "slower" movements, I was dripping in sweat. It was a bit difficult to see and understand some of what was going on during the first explanation, but it was helpful when the instructor came around to show us the movements during the set. I felt very taken care of here from the sign in to the cold towel at the end. Will be back!
