I have a lot of alignment and posture issues that I have to compensate for but even in a group class he’s really great at taking the time if you need help of making adjustments for you and really working you through the flow. I’m really glad jiaren has tai chi now to add to its overall roster of really great classes and I’m definitely coming back to tai chi.
