Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

I would say it’s not super beginner friendly but definitely a good class to challenge yourself and the instructor was great. She saw me struggling a few times and came over to correct my form without being mean about it. Highly recommend but I think I will build my strength more before attending again just so I can show up to the best of my ability.

Treadmill can go super fast but always go on your own pace. I definitely felt the burn, in the best way possible. I appreciate Alex and the team for being so kind throughout the process. Fallon explains and demos each exercise clearly and is available to help with form and modifications. The gym has a lot of equipment available and I love that it’s incorporated throughout the class. I would appreciate more variety in the available lighter dumbbells, maybe a set of 7.5s and a set of 12.5s since a 5-pound difference (5 to 10 or 10 to 15) can be significant for some exercises that use lighter weights.

But I felt motivated to push myself the whole class. I also didn’t feel pressured to over exert myself or keep with what I felt my body couldn’t do. The energy was great and I have found a new found love for early morning classes! I will definitely be back

The girl next to me clearly didn’t know what most of the institutions meant and was very distractingly just flopping around. Some focused instruction would have helped her a lot! Otherwise, awesome!

With that said, if you’re looking to mix up your workout, and are generally really active, it’s worth trying his class to really challenge yourself. Worth every credit.

se alle anmeldelserLily was SO sweet, I barely got to class less than 5 minutes early and she walked me through the equipment before class started and gently corrected me if I didn’t understand the exercise she was very thorough and a great instructor and the workout was KILLER in the best way muscles I didn’t know I had were getting worked and I felt every movement it was hands down the best workout I’ve ever gotten and you feel the workout without just feeling tired.
