However, when I told them at the the front desk, they immediately offered another massage to make up for it. Totally blown away by that - and the massage was excellent as well (I had Maria).

I love her emphasis on organic and clean products and she gave me such specific and thoughtful recommendations. The session was incredible and really relaxing. I came out with my skin GLOWING. She was a total pro, evaluated my face and made specific recommendations of exactly what I needed. I peppered her with questions all through the facial; I felt like I was getting a free dermatology consultation. At the end she even texted me several links to products she recommends (Amazon links - she wasn’t trying to sell me anything, was just genuine advice). She was great and will go back!
