    This class is always so good. Perfect amount of cardio and strength. It was a lightly attended class tonight. Only 5 others in the room with me, which was kind of private/nice! Worth noting for anyone on the fence that they are very welcoming and you can challenge yourself at your own pace.

    Bunny Hill Beginners

    Barry is a well of knowledge and an awesome instructor. I have never learned so much about the history of shoes, walking and how our Western culture plays a role in our chronic pain and immobility.
