    John Michael checked in on me bc I was walking (incline at 3 and speed at4). Asked how I was doing. I said I’m not a runner. And he said what I was doing was awesome! I love Barry’s just can’t run that hard and teach 2nd graders all day bc I’m truly not a runner. Thank you John Michael!
