Equal Mobility
se alle anmeldelserReally enjoying this new class on a Thursday evening with Anouk. It is less intense than Core Flow but challenges the body in a different way. Anouk is softly spoken, the movement is intentional and never rushed, and her classes never feel repetitive. I only started yoga this year, Equal being both local to me and especially approachable. Slowly building strength has also helped my wrist RSI. Highly recommend!

se alle anmeldelserYou need to wear socks for the hot cabin class! I didn’t know that on my first visit, but could thankfully borrow some. The exercises were really good for a medium intense training of the core, belly and legs. The space has a very modern and relaxing atmosphere, with cool music, the instructor was super fun and motivating! Will come back again!
