se alle anmeldelserI came for Kim’s restorative yoga and enjoyed her as a teacher, that I tried her yoga sculpt class, as well. I was pleasantly surprised that along with being a good workout, her yoga sculpt class also is rooted in the spiritual practice of yoga. I love that she maintains this, so it’s not just about the fitness part (which is rigorous & challenging) but also about meeting yourself where you are.
