I’m still recovering from a twisted ankle that’s been sore for almost two weeks, and she was so thoughtful about making sure I could still participate and feel comfortable. She came up with modifications on the spot, gave me multiple options, and checked in in a way that made me feel really supported rather than limited by my injury. I’m just starting to regain confidence in my body after not being able to work out for a while, and her approach honestly meant a lot. I never felt out of place or like I shouldn’t be there. She made me feel included, capable, and cared for throughout the class. Such a kind, attentive instructor and exactly the kind of experience that makes you want to come back. Thank you Ann! 💛

The workout was challenging in the best way, and I left feeling strong and energized. The studio is also such a vibe! It’s clean, beautifully designed, and has this really cool artistic energy that makes it stand out from other Pilates studios. There’s also a genuine community feel that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Definitely adding this one to my ClassPass favorites. Can’t wait to take another class with Tolu! ❤️
