I used the inversion table for a few minutes before moving onto and falling asleep in the Higher Dose sauna blanket, then finished with the Normatec hip attachment. Even though I booked an hour, I immediately wished it was longer and am planning to rebook soon. One of the owners, Jodi (or Jody?), was helping me and was awesome. Definitely recommend.
