    Klaudia was 10/10. Loved that she said what exercises we'd be doing when selecting weights so you can choose well. runs were super challenging but realistic. workout was well rounded. She was really clear with instructions. I recommend trying her classes!

    Love this class and Chloe is brilliant, exactly the right level of instruction vs letting you get on with your workout. Always teaches me new techniques and is varied and challenging but the format means it’s you pushing yourself and choosing whether to lift heavier each time. Would really recommend.

    Westminster Run Club - Orchard Place

    Loved this running club, I'm a total beginner, I didn't once feel left behind or out of my depth, the instructor coached consulted and encouraged. This run club was inclusive of my 1st time whilst still catering for the regular runners.
