The gym is beautiful and clean with a park area in the back, and the small class size allowed for so much individualized attention on proper form and personal modifications. The owner/trainer “Sweets” considers your fitness goals and concerns while still pushing you to your max! I’m pumped to have access to this level of expertise in personal training - like WOW luxurious!! This was one of the more difficult classes for me but definitely the most rewarding. Thank you Sweets!!

Francisco started the full body shiatsu session with explanations and discussion to help taylor the experience, and ended with conversation afterwards including recommendations based on the shiatsu work.
