The studio is heated which really allows to go even deeper into the yin poses. Whatever soreness or aches and pains I had gets removed by the time I leave class. Taye does a great job verbalizing throughout the class and is attentive to any student needs. I so appreciate her positive energy!

My instructor was wonderful, gave lots of great cues and still ran the class even though it was only me. I appreciated her so much!
