As a larger man I realize that it takes time to build up to where a lot of the people in the class are but the instructor is very helpful with modifications and allows you to go at your own pace within the class. If you feel that you’ll be slowing the class down or people will be watching you definitely not the case here people are very friendly and helpful if you need it. Will be definitely making this gym a regular thing for my fiancée and I for the weekends.
