se alle anmeldelserHaven’t taken a yoga class in a bit, so I opted for gentle flow as a nice return to the practice. The class was amazing! Just challenging enough to feel like I got good stretches and movement, but still a wind down. The staff were so sweet and friendly, definitely going back!
