If you’re someone who thinks yoga is “too slow” this is the perfect class for you. The music is also great and really adds to the high-energy of the class. I look forward to Tuesdays and Thursdays for this class!!!!

se alle anmeldelserWow I was not in the mood but that was a really good work out - kudos to the instructor and studio!! Love the focus on micro muscle strengthening and making it very tough with low impact. Don’t love lunges but unlike many such classes they didn’t over emphasize . Great studio too

Parking is a bit difficult though for the evening classes but I didn’t have trouble finding parking on weekends. You may have to plan to leave earlier to circle around for a spot

se alle anmeldelserI was bit intimated to come add I’ve never done CrossFit but read many people come who’ve never done it so gave me the confidence to try it out and was happy I did! I was actually going to do a kettle bell class in the am but sure happy I didn’t. The format was centered around that and was very happy I was able to do that with a combination with the rower. It was a gregs workout and she made adjustments menus for me for being my first time. Great midday workout and I would definitely recommend and come back!
