My favorite yoga/strength I’ve done! I really enjoyed how she focused on specific body parts & combining both yoga & strength to maximize those parts & loosen them up as well!! Clearly a GREAT instructor that puts a lot of thought & knowledge into her short 45 minutes!! My body feels so good ! Thank you KRISSA!
