I never used the equipment before so I was a bit hesitant going in, but Esther was amazing with giving adjustments and corrections and making things more challenging for those more advanced and adding modifications if something was a bit too hard. She’s very knowledgeable and clearly loves to teach, and she pays close attention to everyone in the room. I will definitely be coming back to take her class!
