Whether you are completely brand new to reformer Pilates, or advanced, they’re is always a place for you with Esther! And the Evoken studio is my absolute happy place! It is Zen, and the only thing burning are my muscles!

se alle anmeldelserOMG. What a great class!! I left early but I want to let Monica Remes know that this was a great full body class. It was challenging but also I liked her timing for each movement. Class was very hot but the sweat and workout and teacher were great!

se alle anmeldelserFun class, I just wish it was at least a full hour. All the other dance classes I take that have a choreography component are 60-90 minutes. We could have learned more of this dance routine if the class wasn’t cut short at 50 minutes. Besides that, my only feedback is the music doesn’t need to be so loud. I’d rather be able to still hear my instructor while the music is playing. I’ll definitely be coming again. Parking at Ralph’s and doing some shopping right after class was convenient.
