se alle anmeldelserI absolutely loved Kiera’s class. She mentioned it was her first day, but I wouldn’t have noticed had she not said so. Her instruction on form was very helpful (lots of instructors at other studios don’t mention/critique form hardly at all), and the flow of the class/cadence in her voice was authentic and natural. My only critique was the music choice. A little too distracting. One instrumental, soothing song played during Shavasana that I loved and wished a playlist would have been based off of that song. Other than that, PHENOMENAL class. 👍🏼

se alle anmeldelserThis is a good beginner to intermediate level class. The instructor has a great voice and flows through manageable and semi-relaxing poses. I still got my sweat on but found ease in knowing the poses she was cueing. However, if I was brand new I’d probably be slightly lost in the lack of mind to body explanation. That being said, I will definitely be back!!

Also usually not into dharma talks during yoga practice, but her message was very well received. Her adjustments were gentle and non assuming. Enjoyed this class.
