se alle anmeldelserOk i was super skeptical of a dance class because my last year taking dance was 8th grade. I love pilates so stumbled upon this class and took a chance but OMG! This is one of the best classes I’ve ever taken in NYC. The instructor was amazing, her energy was so contagious and she pushed me to my limit! I was sweating and smiling the whole time during the dance section. Love love love. will absolutely be returning !!!!

se alle anmeldelserThe Vinyasa flow yoga class with Marisa was such a great time. It was a really fun and challenging flow. She was so welcoming and made sure to give modifications for each posture so you could follow along regardless of your experience level. Best yoga class I’ve taken and I’ll definitely take Marisa’s classes again!

I really enjoyed learning all different things like how to do Handstands (both with and without the wall), walking on the wall into a bridge, and Cartwheels (first time learning how to do it properly)! Lo walked us step by step for the shoulder roll, which actually super helpful to prepare for the Floorwork Dance choreography class I took afterwards 🙏🏼 Thank You Lo, I hope my schedule allows me to go to more acrobatics class!
