se alle anmeldelserPatrick is a gem. This might be the best yoga class I’ve ever taken. I felt simultaneously so vulnerable and so safe. His presence, the sequence of poses, music, and instruction/guidance affected me so emotionally. Please teach more classes at YS!

Even though I was slammed at work and a lot of projects went wrong, I felt myself bending flexibly and approaching the challenges more calmly & I completely attribute that to class. I need to make it a priority to start my day with that kind of flow and calm more often.
