Y6 Core Express (45 Mins)
se alle anmeldelserI really enjoyed this class! I did not know it was heated when I signed up cus it doesn’t say that anywhere (or I missed it) lol but I still liked it. I’ve taken heated classes before that are so hot I feel like I can’t do the workout or I’ll pass out but this one was perfect. I left a sweaty mess and felt amazing! Instructor and lady at the front desk was also so amazing ! Will be back!

se alle anmeldelserShelby was an amazing teacher. It’s very hard to find somebody who can give proper guidance and communicate clearly the moves in a very clear style. Many times you will get a teacher who does the standard Vinyasa flow with the same moves over and over. Shelby provided new poses and used blocks in ways that I’ve never experienced in my 20+ years of doing yoga. It was an awesome experience and I’m so happy I got to go to salt yoga. The facilities are phenomenal. The coffee shop was so cool and I have a yoga studio that can open up and have windows that let the sunrise in was great. Very cool concept with the pottery studio and the coffee was great. Overall, a great review and experience.

se alle anmeldelserGreat studio and friendly, experienced instructor. Power yoga had a nice flow — building lots of heat while have a good mix of strength and stretch poses. I came here during vacation and the studio had free mats and everything you needed to drop in for an energizing practice.
