Awesome workout! Every workout is a challenge. I grow and learn every time. Only thing is it is pretty intense, so I have to be really careful to prevent myself from sustaining an injury. But, you know what showing up always is very important, so I never miss my sessions. I always look forward to the class. It’s always fun to throw some punches and get some back. Great gym!
