I took it super easy and was certainly on the more beginner side/taking advantage of all the modifications, but was excited by all the ways my body would grow & improve if I keep up this practice. I will be back!

se alle anmeldelserI ended up being the only one in the class which I was very self conscious about having a 1:1 (as I prefer group workout class settings) but Courtney was great! She made me feel very comfortable and was extremely patient with me while providing constructive feedback. She took time to work on little details that can help improve my practice in the future. She’s encouraging and very helpful. I definitely recommend! 😊
