    Stretching+Workout

    I loved this class, although I’m used to the amazing booty and abs class by Anastasia also. This is at the same level. The intensity of the class is a bit lower than the booty and abs class but it is the perfect combination of intensity, pace and stretching. Definitely take this class with Anastasia . I love all the trainers but the classes with Anastasia are just perfect and makes you feel so energized without overwhelming you.

    Infrared Sauna

    The infrared sauna was very well maintained and also very comfortable! I feel great after the session ☺️ The first time registration experience can be improved though. It is easier if we can fill in the form at home before arriving at the center.
