The exercises were demoed well and I appreciated the pointers to form when needed. Overall everyone was attentive and the class had a nice pace. I will be back!

There’s cubby holes to put your bags in the workout room so you don’t need a padlock or £1 for lockers. Left with noodles for arms and feeling encouraged and supported.

Loved the fact that it was so different from all the other stuff Amsterdam already has. Even tho it was a big group it still felt really personal! Class was so well structured and clear and besides that it was fun and challenging! I absolutely loved the fact that there are no mirrors in the room so I could totally focus on my workout! Thanks ladies, I’ll be back soon!

Despite this being ran over in full and also the screens on the wall, I had to switch stations twice in the first 60 seconds because someone would rather take photos for Instagram than listen to where they’re supposed to be going. They have decent showers and provide both shower and sweat towels 🙌 very friendly atmosphere and great energy / instruction. The instructors were a great balance of pushing you, correcting form and not too over bearing. The studio floor itself is very spacious. The only thing I didn’t love was that they grouped the class into half the floor at one time. The class was half full but we still had each station at full capacity, despite rest of the gym floor being empty. I think they do this to help keep an eye on people & build camaraderie, but personally I prefer to have more space / not be on top of people. Possibly just a personal preference though!

As soon as I got in, the lady (I didn’t catch her name) explained how I can get started and then I got into the workout . We did a resistance training based workout today which wasn’t so hard but Duncan definitely knows how to challenge you hahah. He pushed me a lot , and was very educative and informative about the workouts . I will deffo be going back again. I felt so fit leaving

Despite that, there’s still ample space with a sizeable locker room and plenty of showers. Class: The playlist is fire. The two instructors in the class were both super motivating and engaging! Special shout-out to Lizzie for leading such a well-rounded and juicy stretch at the end of class, which is so important for recovery and consistency!

The class is busy but Tom and Lou is very attentive to everyone to make sure their form and doing the workout routines safe. It was a really good workout overall and felt learned a lot more and I can see why people come back to F45 in general - community and good training no gimmick of disco lights but just pure workout sesh with good music!

You just have to get over that. The trainer was welcoming and attentive. No lockable lockers but again typical of F45. Seems like a friendly group of people who regularly go there. No sweat towels offered.
