I would definitely come back to take another class here and I can see how people get addicted to it! My only qualm is that there isn’t really a locker room- just one shower and a mirror with a sink. But it still works!

He provided so much insight into my pains and gave suggestions of future stretches and exercises to further help my continued progress.
