Masks are optional, we respect your choice, if you want to use a mask at check-in or while practicing you are welcome to do so. KN95 masks provided upon request.

We have installed two (2) MOLEKULE PECO technology destroys SARS-CoV-2 by over 99% in under 1 hour also, senses chemicals (VOCs), humidity, CO2 Auto Protect reacts to VOCs For spaces up to 1000 sq ft.

Please RSVP at least 10 min prior to class. No free mats. Mat rentals are $5.00 payment due prior to class start time. User must clean mat after use due to COVID restrictions policies, no exceptions. If your RSVP is not in our MindBody system and you wish to take class drop in fees will apply.
