Appointment times are strategically scheduled to prevent customer traffic jams in the waiting area. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early for your appointment to help us maintain this safety procedure.

Appointment times are reserved solely for the customer receiving the service. Companions are not permitted to wait for you in the lobby while you receive your service and will be directed to wait in the car if they arrive with you.
