It specifically targets the core. The space is suitable enough, very clean and tidy. Though it’s my first time attending Eva’s class, I think she is a very good instructor. Very soft spoken, and very relaxing voice, so much you wouldn’t feel she’s killing your abs! 😅

Absolutely love Eleonora! She is one of the best pilates instructors i’ve worked out with. She is absolutely incredible, super friendly, and her workouts pack a punch every time. She’s able to give every person in the class her attention and always makes sure everyone is able to perform each exercise correctly. She also gives options of different intensities for those that want more or less of a challenge. She’s able to deliver instructions super clearly and is always full of energy. Highly recommend this studio just for her classes!
