se alle anmeldelserIt was a lovely lesson!! The studio is cute the pace is good but still spicy. It was only my second time on reformer so did need some help with form which the instructor gave. Only complaint is I couldn’t see her at times due to the pillar in the room and the heat was insane in the room I don’t think the AC was working on a 29 degree evening.

His classes are always challenging, but every movement is intentional and serves a purpose. What really sets him apart is his exceptional verbal cueing he explains exactly where you should feel each exercise. I also love that he encourages slow, controlled movements instead of rushing through the exercises. Taking the time to move with intention has helped me improve my form, build a much stronger mind-muscle connection, and get so much more out of every class. His modifications are thoughtful and make the class challenging while still being accessible for everyone. If you want to improve your technique and truly feel every movement, Galo's class is a must!
