It's often quick and powerful yang, and then some yin (which often also is rushed); too much for my system, personally. But Fleur's class catered to my need for softness, also within movement. I liked the softness and slowness of the movements within this class, before we transitioned into yin/restorative. Thanks for creating such a gentle space. I'll be back.

My vinyasa transitions (particularly moving from downward dog to chaturanga) has greatly improved with her guidance. Thank you!
