    Pilates Mat I

    Nancy was really great, but the room was tiny and the windows were covered, so I felt a bit claustrophobic! I did enjoy the class thought and Nancy’s individual adjustments were helpful.

    Restorative Yoga & Reiki

    First class at this studio and with Jenny. More challenging than other yin yoga I’ve done on the west coast but still slow and grounded which was appreciated on a cold winter evening. Jenny was warm, calming, very good at explaining the moves and had wonderful hands for reiki.
