Fast paced in a good way, structure is easy to follow, the instructor was excellent about informing you of what your next movement was going to be so you aren’t spending time trying to locate yourself in the room. se alle anmeldelserFriendly/Helpful Staff at the Front Desk, Great Gym, Clean, Spacious, Plenty of Equipment to Use, and Love that there is a Sauna. My only issue is that no one checked to see if the locker room was empty prior to coming in to clean. The first person that came in was a woman so I had no issue being there while I got dressed and gathered my things but then a man entered and she did not alert him that I was there even after seeing me and yell or say anything to allow women in the locker room to know that a man was entering. He was kind and apologized and that’s an easy fix.
