I specifically loved that she toggled weight from foot to foot in preparation for balancing poses. I’ve never had an instructor do this before, and it actually helped me ease into the balancing position much better, and I was able to maintain my balance pose for the hold. For an evening of reconnecting with the self and a gentle flow, I recommend this Yoga Cure class.

Pau, the instructor, was amazing. She kept a close eye on everyone, made sure our technique was on point, and gave helpful corrections throughout the class. The energy was incredible, the playlist was fire, and the whole vibe kept me motivated the entire time. Also, shoutout to the front desk—super friendly and welcoming to us first-timers, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!
