se alle anmeldelserI really enjoyed Veronika’s class. She was very clear in instructions, eased you in to the experience and guided modifications for those who needed it. We worked through basics and got some time to really sit in each pose which I really enjoyed. Would definitely go back!

se alle anmeldelserI had so much fun and it was a perfect class for a beginner! Natalie was so welcoming and created a positive atmosphere. She spent time helping each individual complete the moves. One move was particularly challenging for me, and Natalie celebrated in my success like it was her own when I mastered it. She also did a positive affirmations exercise at the end of class which I loved.

se alle anmeldelserThis was such an amazing class! There ended up being a substitute instructor (Lucia) and she was excellent! We covered so many basic skills in this intro level class and even got to do an inversion at the end. Overall it was a great workout and lovely environment.
