Too, I really appreciated the thought and preparation he put into the class - from our poses, to the aromatic oils, to the guided meditation. It was so well structured, I went from 50 gabajillion thoughts elbowing each other to be first in line in my mind to totally relaxed over the course of the hour. A great reset - highly recommend!

Cons: the kettlebell options were limited (nothing lighter than 10lbs for straight-arm front raises); the training took place in the lower level of the studio which is like a dark dungeon, super depressing after a whole workday indoors. Don’t know why we didn’t use the upper level which has a wall of windows for natural light.

It was an awesome workout and great music. The two things I didn’t love are A) the group of women also taking the class gave the vibe of judgmental / not super friendly b) there was not multiple weight options so everyone had to use the same weight no matter the ability which as a Physical therapist I noticed is not great for form.
