    Great workout and the teacher allows you to take things at your own pace/offers a lot of modifications for students at different levels. I liked that the class felt accessible but still a very challenging and intensive workout. For reference I usually work out 2 times per week but fell out of the habit for the past 2 months.     Going there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Keri is a tough teacher, but her energy and level of excitement is exactly what I needed. She has motivated me to plan to do this regularly.
