I usually go to Beverly studio but recently moved so Stoneham is closer did this class last minute and this instructor just radiated the best energy not only was it an amazing workout it was a great way to start my day, her flow and teaching style was amazing and her personality shined through she made my day!     Tam is an amazing instructor. So kind and welcoming. Class pushed me but wasn’t so intense I got scared off. Looking forward to going back! Great location. Beautifully placed for a little cooldown walk after class. The studio is small and the waiting area is in the same room as the machines so when arriving for class expect to spend a few minutes sitting quietly and enter the studio mindfully. I was surprised by the set up when first getting there.

    I came into class feeling unusually tired. It was a small group that day, so we were asked about our preferences. When someone suggested focusing on Chaturanga, the class really leveled up. The instructor is incredibly intelligent, fab teacher and clearly knows what she’s doing. The class was well-paced, thoughtful, and one of the best I’ve attended. I left feeling refreshed and recharged. Can’t wait to be back to Jill’s class!
