se alle anmeldelserGreat class, I really enjoyed the condensed version of other longer bikram classes I have gone to. This is the perfect workout if you have just 1 hour. The instructor was very thorough and the cold towels at the end are such a treat - I felt like I was fully able to absorb, surrender, and relax in this class. Highly recommend! I also like that it wasn’t too hot - some other classes I have been to are heated to 115.
