The flow felt like I was able to challenge myself without struggling and she kept the energy of the class upbeat and fun. The perfect way to kick off the weekend. I will definitely be a Thursday night regular now!

Even though this was my first yoga class her instructions and demonstrations were really easy to follow. I love the slow pace of it - super PCOS (and vertigo) friendly! Will definitely be coming back :)

Unlike most institructors these days, Arden helped me fix my poses, go deeper into them, and accommodate when needed. Excited to go back!

se alle anmeldelserWow, this warm yoga was comfortable and nurturing. Sandra introduced herself when I arrived and provided guidance and support. this was my first visit to the new Cultivate studio. I parked in the back and went right through the doors where the sign pointed "yoga this way." She also offered reiki during our practice and breathwork reminders. I feel amazing and will be back next Monday!
