The teacher had clear physical demos doing the poses with the machine, gentle physical assists (with permission), and alignment cues you would hear. The attentiveness and care was shown to all students in class, doing adjustments with each student as needed. The teachers anatomy and overall Pilates knowledge shined throughout. When she told the class that we count our own reps that encouraged accessibility for all bodies. The energy was also very welcoming and warm. Studio was clean and minimalist aesthetic which I loved. Highly recommend if you are a newbie or even a seasoned Pilates student!
