It’s a full body workout at a fast pace but the moves are done slowly. The studio was easy to find with free parking and was welcoming.

I appreciate that every instructor here brings their own personality but are all so welcoming, motivating, and non-judge mental. It’s clear they’re all well trained and the fact they all use the same names for the same moves makes it easy to come back class after class no matter who the instructor is teaching that day.
