Mia at the front showed me around and showed me the rooms and machines, and Kylie was great at helping me throughout the workout. I was nervous going into it since it was my first class, but everyone was welcoming and the workout was great!

Every instructor has been so warm and welcoming, and has prepared a thoughtful class that reminds me to be present and slow down. Love this studio!

Instructor is great. this is a bikram sequence (which is exactly my preference). 90 minutes is challenging, but doable. Room size is great and room is nice and hot (not lukewarm). The instructor also has a cutie pie dog that hangs around some days. Will return if/when I’m back in town.
