Olivia is amazing and such a great instructor in both settings. I love her classes, her energy, and especially that she ends class with worship music. Such a beautiful way to finish class!

se alle anmeldelserIt was my first heated class because I didn’t know it was a heated class when I signed up 😅 either way it was definitely a bit challenging. It seemed like everyone in class was really good which can be a bit intimidating when you’re not. The instructor was good and she went around to fix your form. They give you a cold towel at the end which is great.

se alle anmeldelserEvery time I come to Body Hot I never have a bad class with Michelle! Her flows are so so so good. Her energy is always so uplifting and her music is amazing! A good mix of reggaeton and other styles. She just makes you feel like “that girl.” I have sensitive shoulders from a pinched nerve so I really appreciate how both classes I’ve taken with her are mostly mat based works and while laying down with minimal extensive pressure on shoulders or palms. Love love!

se alle anmeldelserLoved this format. I really like Melissa, I have ended up taking a weekly class with her and I’m really enjoying her teaching style. This class was a first for her and me. She did amazing and i loved how complete the workout felt. It was a full 45 mins, and it felt like such a great workout. Everyone in the class agreed. I’d be curious to try it with a tiny bit of heat. It had a lot of heavy weights on the arms which was hard because i have a shoulder injury, but i was able to modify and got a great workout in!

What I really love is how attentive she is. She’s constantly walking around, checking our form, making adjustments, and making sure we’re actually doing the movements correctly instead of just trying to survive 😂 The perfect mix of encouraging you, challenging you, and giving you that little extra push when she knows you have more in you.
