I was feeling sick and also exhausted from doing full body workouts from previous days (on top of having multiple disk herniations). I have previous experience with dancing. Even then, it takes me time to learn some movements I’ve never done before. I fell behind, but the class and instructor’s energy and motivation kept me going!

I feel like I gained a lot of confidence in both styles in a relatively short class. Y estoy especialmente agradecida por los explicaciones sobres los estilos nuevos que aprendí hoy. And for the bonus information about what we can listen for in the music to guide us as we dance. My only note would be, the outdoor building sign will not say David Herrera Entertainment. It will say You Can Dance. To avoid confusion, keep a look out for You Can Dance when you reach your destination.
