I left more at peace than I have been in weeks and my body feeling more grounded. so grateful.

I’m just getting back into yoga again after recovering from surgery and this class was a perfect way to reconnect with my breath work and stretch my body without overextending myself. The class was very cozy and peaceful. I’ll be coming back again!
